C.R. Laurence (CRL) Help and Faq Page

C.R. Laurence is a Manufacturer and Wholesale Distributor and therefore only sells our products to businesses in the Glazing, Architectural, Construction, Industrial and Automotive Industries. As such, CRL does not sell to the general public. CRL sells to verified businesses in a related industry to those we serve. CRL does however want to make all of our products available for everyone to view. Therefore, there are areas of this web site that require each CRL Customer to sign in before gaining access. These areas include anything to do with pricing, ordering, and quoting.

For security purposes, to protect our customers, and ourselves, each account is required to setup at least one User Name and Password. This is done by using your CRL Customer Number which is located on any statement, invoice or packing slip. It needs to be done one-time (if e-mail address is kept current) and the information is only used by CRL to send you order and shipment confirmations, contact you, quickly answer your questions, and to refer individuals who wish to purchase CRL products from you.

Your User Name and Password will allow you to sign in from any computer anywhere in the world without filling out the registration page more than one time, unless a different User Name is needed for each person at your business, or if your information becomes outdated, and you don't keep it current.
