Dear Valued CRL Customer,

CRL’s annual inventory count is scheduled for Friday, 24^th October 2025. Our Service Centre’s in Melbourne and Sydney will close; however, we will continue to take email, fax, and online orders. They will be processed promptly on Monday, 27^th October.

At CRL, providing exceptional customer experiences is our top priority. To avoid any unnecessary disruption in our service to you, we have made the following adjustments:

Wednesday, 22^nd October – Pick up orders placed on Wednesday will be available for collection until the end of the day Thursday, 23^rd October.
Thursday, 23^rd October – Pick up orders placed must be collected by the end of the day.
Friday, 24^th October – Service Centres will be CLOSED for pick up orders.
Monday, 27^th October – Normal business hours and service will resume.
